Eezy is Finland's leading staffing service company, providing staff leasing and recruitment services across various sectors.
The use of technology and AI plays an important role in the company’s strategy, through which Eezy aims to achieve a significant growth and productivity leap.
The Challenge
When it comes to staff leasing, the processes typically involve many manual steps, and data about job openings and candidates tends to be inconsistent.
Eezy approached Younite to identify and help guide them in an organizational transfromation to embrace AI technologies, streamline data, and define new processes to operate in the age of AI.
Our Solution
Together with the team at Eezy, we developed an AI-powered ERP that helps them get ahead of the competition.
The biggest challenge to tackle was improving data quality and defining processes with requests from customer businesses coming in via phone calls which would provide varying amounts of data. We streamlined this data by ensuring that customers fill in identical information when submitting requests ensuring that the system can match businesses with the right people.

Results
The new system has been in development since 2022, and the work continues today.
Setting and reaching interim goals has kept the team’s motivation high during this long project.
Concrete results have also been encouraging with Eezy successfully improving its profitability, automated 25% of ad hoc orders, and is providing faster and more efficient service to its customers daily.
