The Challenge

iLOQ’s modular locking solutions allow customers to configure products based on their specific needs. This flexibility creates a complex visual production challenge.
A single lock product can already produce:
- 64 product combinations
- 4 different environments
- 256 possible visuals
Adding multiple camera angles multiplies this even further to tens of thousands of variations.
Traditionally, producing these visuals required commissioning individual renderings or photoshoots. As the product portfolio expanded, this approach became increasingly expensive and difficult to manage. iLOQ needed a scalable way to produce large volumes of product imagery while maintaining brand quality.

Younite implemented Virtual Studio, built on NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD, to generate product visuals directly from iLOQ’s product data and digital twins.
The platform allows teams to select product configurations and choose environments and camera angles. Brand rules, including lighting, angles, and environments, are embedded into the system to ensure every visual follows iLOQ’s design standards.
