Younite AI and Efeso Management Consulting Join Forces to Transform Manufacturing Productivity with AI-Powered Digital Twin Technology.

Younite AI Oy and Efeso Management Consulting have initiated a partnership aimed at achieving a significant productivity leap in Finnish industry through artificial intelligence (AI). The collaboration provides Finnish industrial companies with a concrete operational model capable of delivering 30–50% value creation potential within core industrial processes.

"Artificial intelligence offers Finland a unique opportunity to strengthen its competitiveness and narrow the gap with Sweden, where the industrial application of AI is already well advanced. Finland has yet to fully harness the potential of AI in transforming industrial processes," says Tobias Eriksson, Managing Director for Efeso Management Consulting Nordics.

Efeso Management Consulting is a global leader in operational strategy and performance improvement. Younite is a Finnish technology company specializing in AI and XR-based digital solutions. Together, these companies integrate AI and digital twins into materials flow planning and production process optimization.

"Discussions around AI still tend to focus on incremental changes. Real transformation and substantial value creation occur only when AI is deeply integrated into daily production and management processes," emphasizes Afa Heikkinen, CEO of Younite AI.

From process optimization to the era of humanoid robots

The benefits of integrating artificial intelligence and digital twins are realized, for example, in the planning of material flows and the optimization of production processes. Together with the customer, a visual digital twin of the factory's production environment is built. Artificial intelligence simulates thousands of options: what happens if the production sequence is changed, work stages are moved or one workstation is added? The solution can be used to test various changes without having to touch physical production. Optimization, for example, reduces production downtime, improves resource utilization and reduces environmental impacts.

“This is just the beginning. When physical AI becomes more common and we move into the era of humanoid robots and autonomous vehicles, the effects on industry globally will be significant. Finland risks being left behind if the key benefits of artificial intelligence are not understood,” says Heikkinen.

Industry accounts for approximately 30% of Finland’s GDP, making productivity enhancement through AI a significant economic opportunity for the country.
